About the event

Trace the road that carved its way through Texas and served as a primary route for conquistadores, settlers, and Texan revolutionaries alike. On October 17, the Bastrop County Museum & Visitor Center invites you to discover the story of the Camino Real de los Tejas National Historic Trail.

As an official site along the national trail, the museum is welcoming visitors to explore the history of this iconic route with information about its journey through Texas and a commemorative sticker to mark your visit.
